In this original action, plaintiff, Protect MI Constitution (PMC), seeks a writ of mandamus against defendant Secretary of State (the Secretary). PMC asks this Court to direct the Secretary to reject a ballot question petition for a constitutional amendment filed by intervening defendant Citizens for More Michigan Jobs (CFMMJ).
