Plaintiff Mettler Walloon, L.L.C. (Mettler Walloon), appeals as of right the trial court's final judgment upon the remaining claims and its decision after trial. The trial court's orders decided the pertinent issues in defendants' favor, finding no cause of action on plaintiff's damages claims.1 We affirm.
