COMMONWEALTH v. CHRISTOPHER O'BRIEN.

Appeals Court of Massachusetts.


The judgments on count 2, improper storage of a large capacity firearm, and count 4, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, are affirmed. The judgment on count 5, the school zone charge, is vacated, the verdict is set aside, and the case is remanded to the Superior Court for either a new trial on that count or resentencing on the remaining counts.
