WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. The amount ordered to be posted as security for this appeal appears excessive on its face. Accordingly, we grant the writ and remand the matter to the trial court to fix the security for a suspensive appeal at an amount sufficient to assure the satisfaction of the judgment, together with damages for the delay resulting from the suspension of the execution. See La. C.C.P. art. 2124 B(3).
