WRIT GRANTED. The trial court's ruling of January 26, 2017, denying defendants' declinatory exception raising the objection of improper venue and alternatively a motion to transfer on the basis of forum non conveniens, is hereby reversed and the matter transferred to Plaquemines Parish. Plaquemines Parish, where the accident occurred and where a majority of the parties and witnesses live and in the interest of justice, is the more convenient forum.
