Sergeant Irma Regis ("Sgt. Regis") seeks review of the decision of the Civil Service Commission ("CSC"), denying her appeal of the discipline imposed by the New Orleans Police Department ("NOPD"). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
