In this medical malpractice case, the defendant, Louisiana Patient's Compensation Fund Oversight Board, appeals the trial court's judgment finding it liable for acts of malpractice committed by Dr. Henry M. Evans, Jr. The plaintiffs, John Lee Talbert Jr. and Cynthia Talbert, answered the appeal questioning the trial court's allocation of fault and quantum of damages. For the following reasons, we affirm as amended.
