Defendant/appellant, Ernest Sam ("Sam"), was charged by a bill of information with one count of armed robbery, in violation of La. R.S. 14:64. The bill of information also charged Ronald Cornin and Javonte Dillon with armed robbery and charged Ronald Cornin with aggravated flight in violation of La. R.S. 14:108.1(C).
