Plaintiffs, Hazel E. Cooley, Betty E. LeBlanc, and Sally Viada, appeal the granting of summary judgment in favor of St. Bernard Parish Government, American Alternative Insurance Corporation, and Clarendon National Insurance Company pursuant to statutory immunity under La. Rev.Stat. 29:735, the Louisiana Homeland Security and Emergency Assistance and Disaster Act. For the following reasons, we affirm.
