Appellant, Charles Richard, asserts that the trial court erred by granting a summary judgement in favor of Michel Moreno and two out of three companies he owns, Moreno Properties, L.L.C. and Dynamic Industries, Inc. (collectively, "dismissed appellees"). The trial court found that there was no genuine issue of material fact with respect to Richard's claim of contract breach against the dismissed appellees.
