OPINION

John Tillman, pro se, appeals the order of the Muhlenberg Circuit Court dismissing his petition for a declaration of rights. We conclude that the decision of the Adjustment Officer (AO) is supported by sufficient evidence to support the decision. Therefore, we affirm.
