Appellant, Darryl Grigsby, entered an Alford plea to murder, two counts of tampering with physical evidence, and third-degree arson. The trial court sentenced Appellant, in accordance with the Commonwealth's recommendation, to life in prison without the possibility of parole for twenty years. On appeal, Appellant argues that he was not properly informed of his rights when he pleaded guilty, and thus his plea must be vacated...
