ORDER APPOINTMENT TO THE INDIANA SUPREME COURT RECORDS MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The Indiana Supreme Court Records Management Committee was created under Administrative Rule 4(A). The composition of the committee consists of six permanent members, eleven trial court judges and judicial officers, three members from the staff or

administrative agencies of the Indiana Supreme Court or Court of Appeals, three Circuit Court Clerks, three Court Administrators, and two practicing attorneys.

Two vacancies currently exist on the Committee due to the resignation of Judge Michael Robbins of Lawrence Superior Court and the appointment of Mary DePrez as a permanent member of the Committee.

The Indiana Supreme Court now reappoints the Hon. Gretchen Lund of the Elkhart Superior Court and the Hon. Mary G. Willis, Chief Administrative Officer, to the Indiana Supreme Court Records Management Committee to complete the existing terms of Judge Robbins and Mary DePrez, respectively. Upon completion of the unexpired terms of their predecessors, Judges Lund and Willis are appointed to full terms of three years which shall commence July 1, 2017, and expire June 30, 2020.

All Justices concur.
