Justin Curtis Heyne appeals his convictions for the first-degree murders of Benjamin Hamilton, Sarah Buckoski, and Ivory Hamilton, and his sentence of death for the murder of Ivory.1 For the reasons stated below, we affirm his convictions and sentence.
