OPINION AND ORDER

EDGARDO RAMOS, District Judge.

On March 14, 2017, Plaintiffs filed a letter seeking permission to file a motion to compel discovery concerning Defendant FedEx Ground Package System, Inc.'s tobacco shipments for HCI Distribution and Woodlands Distribution. (Doc. 306). The Court construes Plaintiffs' letter as a letter motion to compel discovery as Plaintiffs indicated that their request may be resolved on letter-brief submissions alone. Defendant filed its opposition on March 22, 2017, and Plaintiffs filed their reply on March 27, 2017. (Docs. 308, 309).

On March 29, 2017, Defendant requested leave to file a sur-reply, arguing that Plaintiffs have raised new arguments in their reply. (Doc. 310). Plaintiffs have requested that this Court deny Plaintiff's request to file a sur-reply as futile. (Doc. 311).

Defendant's request to file a sur-reply is GRANTED. The parties are further directed to appear for a conference on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2:30 PM.

It is SO ORDERED.
