Pending before the court are Defendant Regulatory Training Center's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint [Docket 32] and Defendant Starcon International Incorporated's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Punitive Damages Claim [Docket 39].
