ROBERT P. PATTERSON, Jr., District Judge.

Petitioner Carmen Cardoso ("Petitioner" or "Cardoso"), presently subject to a sentence of 150 months imprisonment imposed by this Court on April 10, 2007, seeks to vacate, set aside, or correct her sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 on the ground that at the time of her sentence, the government violated its obligations under Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83
