Paper, Allied-Industrial, Chemical and Energy Workers International Union, Local 4-12 (the Union) brought this suit to compel Exxon Mobil Corporation (ExxonMobil) to arbitrate two labor grievances pursuant to the parties' collective bargaining agreement.
