This is an appeal from a denial of habeas relief. Petitioner Stanley Jalowiec was convicted of murder and sentenced to death. After the Ohio courts denied Jalowiec's requests for appellate and post-conviction relief, the district court denied all forty-seven claims of error asserted in Jalowiec's petition for writ of habeas corpus.
