OPINION

CODRINGTON, Acting P.J.

In this matter, we issued an order to show cause to inquire into the Governor's reversal of a decision of the Board of Parole Hearings (the Board) finding petitioner Cole Bienek suitable for parole. Because we find no evidence to support the Governor's decision, we will vacate that decision and reinstate the Board's order setting a parole date.1
