Allen Thomas appeals from a judgment which sentences him to 120 years to life in state prison for one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder plus additional terms for gang and firearm enhancements. Thomas contends on appeal that his confession to a jail house informant should not have been admitted at trial. We disagree and affirm the judgment.
