Plaintiff and appellant Dr. Hans Kugler brought this personal injury action against defendant and respondent Idell Batson after the two were involved in a car accident. On special verdicts, a jury found that Ms. Batson was not negligent. On his appeal, Dr. Kugler contends that the verdict resulted from misconduct perpetrated by Ms. Batson's counsel and that the cumulative effect of this misconduct was prejudicial error requiring reversal.
