¶ 1 This appeal arises out of a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff-appellant Maria Mendoza and against defendant-appellee McDonald's Corporation on Mendoza's claim McDonald's breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing in handling her workers' compensation claim.
