Opinion by Chief Justice MORRISS.

Unfortunately, Leslie1 Gene Goodman has a history of driving while intoxicated (DWI). In fact, he had previously been defended on an earlier DWI charge by Gary Young, the current county attorney of Lamar County, whose office prosecuted Goodman on this DWI charge.
