Harvey and Diana Kloesel, individually and d/b/a Kloesels' Steakhouse, Inc. ("the Kloesels"), sued appellant, Insurance Network of Texas ("INT"), for breach of contract, negligence, and violations of the Texas Insurance Code and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act ("DTPA").
