Plaintiff Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Inc. ("Oak Harbor"), brought suit against Defendants Sears Roebuck & Co. ("Sears") and National Logistics Corporation ("NLC") to recover nearly half a million dollars for transportation of Sears' freight. NLC arranged the transportation, which Oak Harbor provided.
