Javier Ruiz-Terrazas contends that the district court erred when it failed to articulate its reasons for rejecting his arguments, based on the factors set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 3553(a), that a sentence below the range recommended by the United States Sentencing Guidelines ("USSG" or the "Guidelines") was warranted. Mr. Ruiz-Terrazas also argues that sentences falling within the Guidelines' advisory ranges should not be presumed reasonable...
