This appeal arises from an order convicting appellant, Mark Anthony Holsombach, of capital murder of Theodore (Ted) Throneberry, attempted capital murder of Arkansas State Trooper Charlie Edmonson, and kidnapping. For these convictions, appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole, twenty-five years' imprisonment with an enhancement of ten years for the use of a firearm, and thirty years, respectively.
