On October 24, 2006, Defendant Clint Manuel McVey pled guilty to receipt of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2). The court sentenced Defendant on February 7, 2007. At the sentencing hearing, the court denied Defendant's objection to receiving an enhancement pursuant to section 2G2.2(b)(3)(B) of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual (2006).
