Defendant Raymond Bartgen was convicted of two counts of attempted first degree murder and sentenced to six years in prison. Defendant argues on appeal: (1) his conviction must be vacated because the attempt statute was held unconstitutional by our supreme court; and (2) his conviction should be reversed because he was under the influence of prescription antidepressant medication and involuntarily intoxicated...
