The Defendant, Derrick Proctor, appeals from his conviction and sentence for second offense possession of marijuana. We affirm.

On November 6, 2002, the Defendant and Joseph Davis (Davis) were charged by bill of information with possession of marijuana, second offense. La.R.S. 40:966(C).
