ARMSTRONG, J.

¶ 1 June Arden appeals two permanent parenting plan modifications granting sole custody of her children to their father, Jeffrey Halls. She also challenges several contempt orders entered against her when she was not represented by counsel. Finally, she asks us to vacate a 10-year temporary restraining order the trial judge entered against her. Because the trial judge failed to follow the procedures RCW 26.09.260 requires, we reverse the two modifications...
