Richard T. Kelly appeals summary judgment in favor of defendants Rio Grande Computerland Group (RGCG), Elio Castanuela, and Manuel Marrufo. Kelly's petition to the trial court claimed that RGCG, Castanuela, and Marrufo are liable for breach of contract, promissory estoppel, equitable estoppel, common law fraud, and statutory fraud. He seeks reinstatement as president and director of the corporation, as well as actual and exemplary...
