In this action pursuant to RSA 159:6-c (2002), the plaintiff, Cary Silverstein, appeals an order of the Plymouth District Court (Kent, J.) upholding the defendant Town of Alexandria's denial of his application for a license to carry a concealed weapon. We affirm.
