EBEL, Circuit Judge.
In this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action, plaintiff-appellant Toya Jeffon Reynolds, a state prisoner appearing pro se, appeals the summary judgment entered by the district court in favor of defendants-appellees Robert Powell, David Morrey, and Ken Knobel. Exercising jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
