Several plaintiffs, including Home Protective Services, Inc. ("HPS"), brought this action in state court alleging that defendant ADT Security Services, Inc. ("ADT") violated the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law ("WFDL"), Wis. Stat. §§ 135.01— 135.07. Defendant removed the case based on diversity jurisdiction.
