Defendant was indicted for conspiracy to distribute crack and heroin and for possession with the intent to distribute crack and cocaine. On May 19th and 20th, 2003, the court held a suppression hearing and orally denied defendant's motion to suppress. Thereafter, defendant entered a guilty plea.
