On November 26, 1985, petitioner was sentenced to death for the 1984 first degree murders of teenagers Denise Galston, her sister Debbie Galston, and Lynda Burrill, with the special circumstance of multiple murder. (Pen.Code, §§ 187, 190.2, subd. (a)(3).) Petitioner's automatic appeal has been considered and our opinion affirming the judgment of guilt is being filed simultaneously with this opinion...
