Before the Court is Defendants Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) and Genesis Insurance Company's motion for summary judgment (Docket # 42). Having reviewed the motion, as well as Plaintiffs' opposition (Docket # 48), and Defendants' reply and supplementary motion for summary judgment (Docket ## 58 and 68), the Court finds that there are issues still left to be resolved...
