This appeal arises from a jury verdict of damages in favor of Plaintiffs, Lesa Sepulvado and Jessie Sepulvado, individually and on behalf of their minor children, Brittney Sepulvado, Ashley Sepulvado and Cary Sepulvado (collectively "Plaintiffs"), and against Defendants, Spence A.
