Following the trial court's denial of Michael Farley's ("Farley") motions to dismiss and suppress, Farley pled nolo contendere to three counts of sexual performance by a child in violation of Florida Statutes section 827.071(5) (1999). He reserved his right to appeal the denial of the motion to suppress as well as the denial of the motion to dismiss on the basis of subjective entrapment as a matter of law and substantive due process/objective entrapment...
