In this civil action for monetary and injunctive relief, plaintiffs HyperPhrase Technologies, LLC and HyperPhrase, Inc. contend that defendant Microsoft Corporation's product, Microsoft Office XP, has infringed three of plaintiffs' patents relating to the storage and retrieval of information in computer systems.
