Defendant Thomas L. Marlow pled guilty to manufacturing marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B)1 and was sentenced on August 12, 1994, to seventy-eight months in prison to be followed by four years of supervised release.
