¶ 1. Christopher Cleveland who was also known as "Pee Wee" was convicted for the crime of aggravated assault on Cleveland McCall. Cleveland has filed a timely appeal and asserts the following issue: whether the trial judge erred regarding his denial of a continuance and the admission of testimony from other witnesses pertaining to the alleged suspect, Raymond Murrell.
