DeMOSS, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Juan Garcia Rodriguez was charged in two separate indictments for his role in the illegal transporting of aliens. The indictments included charges of conspiracy, transportation of aliens and money laundering. Rodriguez was ultimately sentenced to eighteen months for an alien-transporting charge in the first indictment. After a jury trial for the second indictment, Rodriguez was found guilty on three counts involving money laundering...
