In this appeal, Marshall and Rose Keys (the Keys), challenge a trial court's judgment terminating their parental rights to their children, CDK, JLK, and BJK. So too has the attorney ad litem representing the children filed a notice of appeal contesting the termination. Three issues pend for our resolution. They involve 1) the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting termination, 2) the admission of expert testimony concerning...
