Craighead Electric Cooperative appeals the judgment of the district court1 allowing the City Water & Light Plant of Jonesboro (CWL) to take facilities, customers, and property in an area annexed by the city of Jonesboro, Arkansas. Craighead also appeals the district court's finding of the effective date of the taking. We affirm.
