ORDER

THRASH, District Judge.

This is a diversity action in which the Plaintiff seeks a temporary restraining order against former employees for allegedly violating a non-solicitation agreement. This Court held a hearing on August 14, 2001, and verbally denied Plaintiff's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order [Doc. 2-1]. This Order is entered to explain in detail the Court's reasons for denying the motion.
