These appeals are from a judgment based on a jury verdict which convicted Kirkland and McKee of murder and robbery in the first degree after a joint trial. Kirkland was sentenced to life without parole for 25 years on the murder charge and a concurrent sentence of 25 years on the robbery charge. McKee was sentenced to 25 years on the murder charge and 20 years on the robbery charge to run consecutively...
