CURRAN, District Judge.

Henry Martin, a prisoner in federal custody, has filed a motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 for relief from his conviction and sentence. Martin was convicted by a jury of bank robbery. The court sentenced him to 62 months of imprisonment, a $4,000.00 fine, and restitution of $1,212.00.
